Cancellation Policy
Memberships
You can cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date, and you won’t be charged again. Membership payments are non-refundable once you have used your membership, and after a renewal has been charged. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Day passes
Day passes are non-refundable once used. A pass counts as used as soon as entry has been obtained with its access code at least once.
Studios & rooms
Cancel at least 72 hours before your booking starts to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking start time are not refunded.
How to cancel
Manage your membership from your account, or contact us through the chat for bookings and passes. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
